ReloSale Listing Rules and Ad Content Requirements

Last updated: March 20, 2026

1. General Provisions

These Listing Rules and Ad Content Requirements (hereinafter referred to as the Listing Rules) set out the mandatory requirements for listings published on the ReloSale platform (hereinafter referred to as the Platform), including requirements for titles, descriptions, photographs, prices, categories, contact details, style, accuracy and timeliness of the information published.

The Listing Rules form an integral part of the ReloSale Terms of Use and apply to all users who publish listings on the Platform, regardless of their status, category, country or method of access.

By publishing a listing on the Platform, the user confirms that they:

  • have the right to publish the listing in question;
  • are acting in good faith and are not misleading other users;
  • are providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information;
  • understand that the Platform may moderate, reject, restrict or remove listings that violate these Rules.

2. Purpose of a Listing

Each listing on the Platform must constitute a standalone, genuine and current offer — a sale, rental, provision of a service, job offer, search or exchange — addressed to a specific consumer.

A listing may not be used as:

  • an advertising banner that does not contain a specific offer;
  • a general lead generator aimed at collecting enquiries without reference to a specific product, property or service;
  • a brand, company, channel or portfolio showcase without a standalone offer;
  • a means of redirecting traffic to external websites, messengers, social networks or third-party platforms;
  • a mass enquiry collector disguised as a listing;
  • a bait listing whose purpose is to attract attention to another offer not disclosed in the listing.

If, instead of a specific offer, the user promotes a brand, channel, catalogue or general business activity, such a listing may be rejected or removed.

3. One Listing = One Item / Property / Service

Each listing must describe one specific offer: one item, one property, one service, one vacancy or one request.

It is not permitted to combine the following in a single listing:

  • multiple items that do not form a single set;
  • multiple vehicles or units of equipment;
  • multiple properties;
  • a set of unrelated services not linked by a single offer;
  • offers of the type "choose from a list", "any from the range", "we will find what you need";
  • listings offering to "find to order" without specifying the subject.

Exceptions are permitted only where the Platform interface expressly provides for the placement of complex offers or bundles.

4. Accuracy and Good Faith

All information in a listing must be truthful, complete and must not mislead other users.

The following is prohibited:

  • stating a knowingly false price or using price as bait;
  • concealing material terms of a transaction, commissions, additional charges or restrictions;
  • stating an inaccurate location of the item, property or service provider;
  • publishing a listing for a non-existent item, property or service;
  • stating a false status (for example, "owner" instead of "agent", "new" instead of "used");
  • impersonating another person, company or organisation;
  • publishing content that does not match the declared category, attributes or description.

5. Listing Freshness and Availability

Users are required to keep their listings up to date. If an item has been sold, a service has been provided, a property has been let, a vacancy has been filled or an offer has otherwise become unavailable, the user must:

  • deactivate the listing;
  • change the listing status accordingly;
  • update the description if the terms have changed;
  • discontinue paid promotion of an outdated listing.

Retaining outdated listings for the purpose of attracting traffic, collecting contacts or promoting other offers is prohibited.

6. Title Requirements

The listing title must:

  • clearly and concisely describe the subject of the listing;
  • match the content of the listing and the selected category;
  • be legible and free of excessive symbols;
  • not mislead users.

The following is prohibited in the title:

  • contact details (phone number, email, messengers, links);
  • excessive use of emojis, capital letters or special characters;
  • words such as "URGENT", "TOP", "BEST OFFER", "No. 1", "SALE" that are unrelated to the subject;
  • advertising slogans, calls to action or marketing phrases;
  • search spam (listing keywords unrelated to the subject of the listing).

7. Description Requirements

The description must be informative, clear and sufficiently detailed to enable the user to form a complete picture of the subject of the listing.

Recommended information depending on the category:

  • Real estate: property type, transaction format, area, number of rooms, floor, district, condition, lease term, deposit, terms;
  • Vehicles: make, model, year, mileage, fuel type, transmission, condition, VIN (if applicable), availability of documents;
  • Goods: name, condition (new / used), accessories included, method of delivery;
  • Services: type of service, terms of provision, experience, price or pricing method;
  • Jobs: position, duties, working conditions, employment format, salary or range.

The following is prohibited in the description:

  • making false promises or guarantees;
  • copying third-party texts without the right to use them;
  • using SEO spam, repetitive keywords or hidden text;
  • specifying payment schemes prohibited by law;
  • publishing personal data of third parties without their consent.

8. Price Requirements

The price stated in the listing must reflect the actual cost of the offer.

The following is prohibited:

  • stating a nominal price that does not correspond to the actual cost, in order to attract attention;
  • stating a price for a different element that is not the subject of the listing;
  • concealing mandatory payments, commissions, deposits or additional costs;
  • entering "1", "0", "negotiable" or similar values where the interface requires an actual price;
  • using a currency that does not match the one specified in the listing.

If the price depends on variable factors (area, configuration, term, etc.), this must be stated in the description.

9. Category, Geography and Attributes

A listing must be placed in the correct category, with accurate location details and all mandatory attributes completed.

The following is prohibited:

  • placing a listing in an irrelevant category in order to increase reach;
  • stating a false or inaccurate location;
  • disguising a commercial listing as a private one;
  • selecting the wrong category type (sale instead of rental, service instead of goods, etc.);
  • intentionally filling in filters and attributes with incorrect values.

The Platform reserves the right to change the technical category of a listing if the placement does not match the content.

10. Photos, Videos and Other Materials

10.1. Permitted Materials

Photos and videos included in a listing must:

  • belong to the user or be used by them on a lawful basis;
  • correspond to the subject of the listing;
  • not misrepresent the actual condition of the item, property or service;
  • not mislead users.

10.2. Prohibited Materials

The following may not be uploaded:

  • photos and videos unrelated to the subject of the listing;
  • stock images presented as genuine photographs;
  • collages, banners or advertising layouts instead of genuine photos;
  • images containing watermarks, contact details, QR codes or external links;
  • materials of a quality too low to form an impression of the subject;
  • materials that violate the privacy rights of third parties;
  • content of a sexual, shocking, violent or otherwise objectionable nature.

10.3. Special Rule for Real Estate and Vehicles

For listings in the real estate and vehicles categories, the use of genuine photographs of the property or vehicle is recommended. Renders, visualisations and floor plans are permitted only as supplementary materials and must not replace genuine photos.

11. Contact Details and External Links

The following may not be included in the title, description or photographs of a listing:

  • external links to third-party websites, platforms or services;
  • messenger usernames (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, etc.);
  • QR codes leading to external resources;
  • links to social networks and profiles;
  • referral and affiliate links;
  • links to external catalogues, price lists or storefronts;
  • phrases such as "see more on our website", "all offers on Telegram" and similar.

Contact details must be provided exclusively through the fields provided by the Platform (phone, email, chat and other communication tools).

ReloSale reserves the right to mask contact details, use protected contacts, masked calls and other tools to safeguard communications.

12. Duplicates, Reposting and Spam

The following is prohibited:

  • publishing duplicates of the same listing;
  • posting the same offer in multiple categories or regions simultaneously;
  • mass duplication, bumping or cloning of listings;
  • making technical or cosmetic changes to the text in order to circumvent restrictions on republication;
  • publishing a series of listings with minimal differences that essentially represent the same offer.

The Platform independently determines whether a listing is a duplicate, based on a combination of indicators including text, photographs, attributes, contact details and behavioural signals.

13. Private Users and Professional Sellers

Users must correctly indicate their status when publishing listings. A professional seller (business user) is a person who:

  • publishes listings on a regular basis;
  • acts for entrepreneurial, commercial or agency purposes;
  • has a significant volume of publications;
  • sells new goods, provides services on a professional basis, or acts as an agency or broker;
  • is a dealer, agency, broker, management company or other professional market participant.

The Platform may impose separate requirements on professional sellers regarding verification, status display, publication volume and promotion terms.

14. Category-Specific Expectations

14.1. Real Estate

A real estate listing must include: property type, transaction format (sale / rental), ownership status or right to publish, address or district, area, number of rooms, lease term and deposit (if applicable), and actual availability of the property.

The following is prohibited:

  • publishing bait listings with unrealistic terms;
  • duplicating the same property across multiple listings;
  • presenting renders and visualisations as genuine photographs;
  • concealing material terms of the transaction (commissions, deposits, restrictions).

14.2. Vehicles and Transport

A listing must describe a specific vehicle, stating the make, model, year, mileage, condition and other mandatory characteristics.

The following is prohibited:

  • stating inaccurate mileage, year of manufacture, condition or VIN;
  • publishing a dealer showroom without disclosing commercial status;
  • concealing damage, defects, encumbrances or document issues.

14.3. Services

A services listing must contain a clear description of the service offered, the terms of provision and the price.

The following is prohibited:

  • disguising lead generation as a service listing;
  • making knowingly unfulfillable promises or guarantees of results;
  • claiming to carry out activities that require licences or special permits without holding them.

14.4. Jobs

A job listing must contain a transparent description of the position, duties, working conditions and remuneration.

The following is prohibited:

  • publishing job listings without a description of duties;
  • disguising MLM, network marketing or financial schemes as job vacancies;
  • imposing discriminatory conditions prohibited by law;
  • collecting excessive personal data from applicants at the response stage.

15. Language, Style and Acceptable Content

The content of a listing must be respectful, clear and consistent with generally accepted standards of business communication.

The following is prohibited:

  • using offensive, discriminatory, extremist or provocative language;
  • publishing threats, incitement to hatred or the stirring up of hostility;
  • publishing content that violates the law, public order or the rights of third parties;
  • misleading users as to the origin, quality or characteristics of a product or service.

16. Rights to Content and Supporting Authority

The user must hold the necessary rights to all materials published in a listing, including texts, photographs, videos, logos and other works.

Upon request by the Platform, the user must confirm that they hold the rights to the published materials.

The Platform reserves the right to restrict access to a listing pending the completion of a review if a substantiated complaint of infringement of third-party rights is received.

17. Paid Promotion Does Not Override the Rules

The use of paid promotion services does not exempt a listing from compliance with these Rules.

The Platform may:

  • reject a listing at the moderation stage;
  • remove a listing after publication;
  • restrict the display of a listing;
  • disable paid promotion;
  • revoke bonuses and privileges;
  • apply other sanctions to the account.

Refunds for paid promotion of a listing removed for a rule violation are not provided unless otherwise required by applicable law.

18. Review of Listings and Document Requests

The Platform may:

  • carry out automated and manual reviews of listings;
  • request documents, confirmations and additional information;
  • hide a listing during a review;
  • edit the technical parameters of a listing (category, attributes);
  • assign warning statuses to a listing.

Failure to provide the requested documents or information may result in the rejection, restriction or removal of the listing.

19. Reasons for Rejection or Removal

A listing may be rejected or removed if it:

  • violates the law or these Rules;
  • contains prohibited content;
  • is a duplicate;
  • misleads users;
  • is placed in the wrong category;
  • contains irrelevant materials;
  • contains external links or contact details in prohibited fields;
  • has become outdated;
  • is the subject of a substantiated complaint;
  • is associated with signs of fraud or abuse.

20. Appeals Relating to Listing Decisions

If a listing has been rejected, restricted or removed, the user may contact support with a request for the decision to be reviewed.

The Platform may request additional information and documents before reaching a decision.

An appeal does not guarantee that the listing will be reinstated. The final decision is made by the Platform taking into account these Rules, the circumstances and applicable law.

21. Changes to the Listing Rules

ReloSale may at any time amend, supplement, update or replace these Listing Rules in whole or in part.

The updated version shall take effect from the moment of publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes the user's acceptance of the new version of the Rules.
