- Violate current legislation of Russia and/or Turkey
- Pose a threat to life, health, or safety of people
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Contain illegal financial schemes or services
Below is a list of prohibited categories. This list is indicative and may be expanded.
❌ 1. Weapons, Explosives, and Dangerous Items
It is prohibited to post listings for the sale of:
- Firearms, traumatic, gas, and pneumatic weapons
- Ammunition, explosives, detonators
- Bladed and throwing weapons
- Self-defense items considered weapons in relevant jurisdictions
❌ 2. Narcotic and Psychotropic Substances
It is strictly prohibited to post listings for the sale of:
- Drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs
- Precursors and substances without a license that are permitted for distribution only by authorized services
- Any substances directly regulated as prohibited by law or strictly controlled by license
❌ 3. Counterfeit and Pirated Goods
Posting listings for the sale of the following is not permitted:
- Copies of branded products without permission from the rights holder
- Unlicensed films, games, software, educational materials
- Goods that violate others' copyrights, trademarks, or patent rights
❌ 4. Medical Products and Services
It is prohibited to offer:
- Prescription medications, drugs requiring licenses
- Medical services without certification and approval from medical authorities
- Equipment regulated as medical (e.g., diagnostic devices)
❌ 5. Alcohol and Tobacco
It is prohibited to post listings containing the sale of:
- Alcoholic beverages, alcohol-containing products
- Tobacco products, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and nicotine liquids
❌ 6. Financial Services
It is prohibited to publish offers of:
- Loans, credits, financial intermediation without a license
- Banking services and securities transactions
- "Get rich quick" schemes, financial pyramids, exchange operations without legal basis
❌ 7. Adult Services
Listings cannot contain offers of services that:
- Relate to escort, striptease, intimate services
- May violate public morality standards or labor and service provision laws
❌ 8. Goods Prohibited in Turkey
In addition to the above, in the Republic of Turkey it is prohibited to post listings for goods that are legally not allowed for import or ownership in the country, including:
- Narcotic and psychotropic substances and goods without permits
- Weapons, ammunition, and explosives without approval from the Ministry of Internal Affairs
- Counterfeits or fakes that violate trademarks
- Pornographic materials that violate moral standards
- Hazardous chemical substances, waste, and radioactive materials
- Certain cultural valuables and antiques without a license
Important Publication Rules
- 🔹Before posting a listing, make sure your product or service does not fall under one of the prohibited categories.
- 🔹You cannot post even partially prohibited goods (e.g., weapon parts, substances without permission).
- 🔹Your listing may be removed and your account blocked if the rules are violated.
- 🔹We reserve the right to clarify or expand the list of prohibited goods and services.

- ❗For the sale of prohibited goods or services according to the requirements of Russian and Turkish laws, liability is borne directly by the user who posted the listing, regardless of the presence of such listing on ReloSale.
