These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the relationship between the user (hereinafter referred to as "User") and the owner of the ReloSale service (hereinafter referred to as "Administration" / "We") regarding access to and use of the ReloSale internet platform located at: https://www.relosale.com (hereinafter referred to as "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. General Provisions
- 1.1. The Service provides a platform for posting, searching, viewing, and interacting with listings for selling, buying, and transferring goods and services in the Republic of Turkey, primarily for Russian-speaking users.
- 1.2. These Terms constitute a public offer. User consent is considered concluded from the moment of registration or actual use of the Service functionality.
- 1.3. The Administration reserves the right to change the Terms unilaterally. The new version takes effect after its publication on the website.
2. Registration and User Profile
- 2.1. To post listings, the User must register by providing accurate contact information: name, email, phone number, or sign in via Google.
- 2.2. The User agrees to keep the provided information up to date and not use other people's information.
- 2.3. Each User is responsible for the security of their login and password.
3. User Rights and Obligations
The User has the right to:
- Use the basic functionality of the Service for free
- Create, edit, and delete their own listings
- Contact other users through provided contact methods
The User agrees to:
- Comply with the current legislation of Turkey
- Not post illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content
- Not post data that violates third-party rights
- Not use the Service for commercial mailings (spam)
- Not use automated scripts/parsers without the Administration's consent
3.3. The User bears full responsibility for the content of their listings and their compliance with Turkish law (including copyright, product rights, etc.).
4. Administration Rights and Obligations
The Administration has the right to:
- Moderate, delete, or block listings that violate the Terms or legislation
- Temporarily or permanently block accounts for violations
- Provide or restrict access to certain sections of the service
4.2. The Administration is not obligated to verify the accuracy of information in listings but reserves the right to request supporting documents for security purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.
The Administration is not responsible for:
- Transactions made between users
- Content of listings and correspondence
- Damages arising from using the Service
- Operation of third-party services (internet, messengers, translations)
- User decisions
5.3. The Administration does not provide legal, financial, or expert advice on transactions.
6. Intellectual Property
- 6.1. All graphic elements, texts, and software of the Service are the property of ReloSale.
- 6.2. Their use and copying is permitted only with written consent from the Administration.
7. Personal Data Processing
7.1. The User agrees that their personal data (name, email, phone) is processed and stored in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK law (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law).
Data collection and usage is carried out:
- For authorization
- For communication between users
- For analytics and service improvement
7.3. The User has the right to request a copy of their data or delete their profile.
8. Posting Listings
8.1. A listing must contain an honest description of the product or service, current prices, photos, and information about the language of communication.
It is prohibited to post listings with:
- False or misleading information
- Prohibited items (weapons, dangerous substances)
- Third-party contact information without their consent
9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
- 9.1. The laws of Turkey apply to the relations between the parties.
- 9.2. All disputes are resolved in the courts of Turkey in accordance with established procedures.
10. Term of Validity
- 10.1. These Terms are valid indefinitely from the moment of publication.
- 10.2. If any provision is found to be invalid, this does not affect the remaining provisions.
