General principles for all documents
- ReloSale operates as an information platform, not as a party to transactions between users, unless expressly stated otherwise in separate terms.
- Each user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in their account and listings.
- The Platform may moderate content, restrict access, remove listings from publication, request supporting documents and conduct checks for safety, compliance, risk control and enforcement purposes.
- All documents should be drafted in neutral language suitable for an international audience and should not be rigidly tied to the law of a single country.
- Country-specific addenda, local notices and supplemental disclosures may be published where required by local law or business operations.
