Buying
Start with country and city — ReloSale is location-heavy. Narrow the results, then message the seller.
Use search, category (3 levels), city, price, condition. Toggle "urgent" or "free". Cars and Real Estate have deeper filters: make, year, area, floor, furnished, building type.
Switch view modes: grid, list, or map. Map is on OpenStreetMap — click a marker for the listing preview.
Open the seller's profile. Look at: rating and reviews, registration date, trust badges (Verified / Agency / Verified Owner), active listings.
ReloSale chat is the safest path — chat history is preserved, moderators see it in disputes. If the seller enabled phone, the number is shown only after login.
All chats live in My messages. Push and email on every new message.
Selling
A good listing answers three questions: what is offered, where it is, and why the price is trustworthy.
A listing without photos cannot be published — platform requirement.
8 currencies: USD, EUR, TRY, GEL, THB, AED, RSD, VND. Price types: Fixed, Negotiable, Exchange, Contact for price, Free.
Anything legal is allowed. Prohibited: weapons, drugs, forged documents, stolen goods, adult content, illegal services, wildlife (CITES). Full list at Prohibited, requirements at Listing rules.
Every new or edited listing is reviewed. Usually within 6 hours, average 30–60 minutes. Statuses: Pending, Active, Rejected (with reason — fix and resubmit), Hidden, Archived.
In My listings mark Sold and pick the buyer from chat. They get a prompt to confirm and leave a review. If sold off-platform — choose "Sold elsewhere".
Deal
ReloSale doesn't replace common sense. The platform keeps history and reviews — but you still inspect goods and money in person.

Reviews cover services expats actually use: car rentals, realtors, lawyers, clinics, schools, movers. Structured, verifiable, indexed — what chat groups can't give.
Open the reviews catalog → pick category → narrow by country and city → sort by rating. The card shows: average rating, breakdown by 4 sub-criteria, all reviews, contacts.
Firsthand experience only. Not chat-group hearsay, not AI-generated text. Such reviews are removed.
Search first — it might already exist under a different spelling. If not — "Add business". Required: name, category, country, city, description. Optional: phone, website, Telegram, address, languages. Your first review is required — empty cards clutter the catalog.
On the card, click "I'm the owner". Verify: corporate email, phone listed, or registration documents. Manual review takes 1–3 business days. Once approved, the listing appears in My companies.
Removed: personal attacks, hate speech, doxxing, vote-trading, AI-generated text, blackmail, conflict-of-interest reviews (relatives/employees), full names of staff, customer photos without consent.
Kept: any honest critique. Even harsh — if facts hold.
Critical reviews are a normal part of running a business. We don't remove on request — only if rules are broken.
"Report" under each review. Choose: fake / spam / offensive / irrelevant. State facts, no emotion. Moderation responds in 1–3 business days. 3+ reports auto-return the review to re-moderation.

Ask a question. To get useful answers:
Vote-trading ("upvote me, I'll upvote you"), personal attacks, doxxing, undisclosed promotion, AI-generated text without fact-checking, mass downvoting one author. To write full guides — request author status in settings.
For business
Three account tiers — higher tier means more capabilities and more user trust.
One ID = one verified account. Re-verifying with another document overrides the old one.
Settings → Verification → Agency. Upload registration certificate, license, authorization letter. Review takes 2–5 business days. Full requirements at Verification rules.
After ownership confirmation — My companies: edit description, contacts, hours, languages. Upload logo and photos. Reply to reviews (no canned replies, no personal attacks). Substantial edits return the listing to moderation.
Safety
Strong classifieds boards repeat the same rules: meet safely, inspect before paying, never follow third-party payment links.
If they send a "pay here" link — you're being scammed.
Settings → Verification. Upload a document photo and a selfie holding it. Reviewed in 1–3 business days. Documents are encrypted and deleted after verification.
Listings, reviews, chat, users — Report button. State facts, not emotion. Reviewed in 24–72 hours. Urgent safety issues — via support, handled out-of-queue.
Moderation of every listing (≤6h), auto-blocking spam accounts, encrypted verification documents, in-platform chat, RLS database protection, 24/7 report processing, instant ban for fraud with history kept.
Profile
Your profile is more than login — it affects trust, language filter, notifications, and your ability to post.
4 ways: Email + password, Google, Telegram, Phone (SMS via Firebase). Email or phone confirmation needed to post.
Settings → Notifications. Push (browser or PWA) and email — for messages, listing status, reviews, saved-search hits. Marketing toggle separate; opt out via Marketing consent.
Settings → bottom → "Delete Account". Listings hide, profile anonymizes (name → "Deleted user"), chat history stays for the other party (without your data). Reviews remain — they're part of public history. Irreversible.
